Artful Aesthetics Booking Policy Welcome to Artful Aesthetics! We are committed to providing you with exceptional care and service. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Confirmation Process - At the time of booking you are required to pay either the full amount or a £50 deposit. - You will receive an email confirming your booking. - The details you provided on your booking form will be checked and the appropriate treatment consent forms will be emailed for your completion prior to your treatment. 2. Deposit Policy - The £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. - Please note that all deposits or payments in full are non-refundable. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. - Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our clinic directly.
